Located on King Street, Hub East as 110 Studios across 7 floors. Our team is based at Reception where you will find on the Ground floor along with access to our shared laundry facilities, lounge with free WiFi and vending machines for those late night cravings.

@ The Hub WEST

Our most sought after rooms are our Studio Apartments located in Hub West. Hub West has a total of 32 rooms ranging between Studio Apartments and a limited amount of 1-3 Bedroom Apartments. With fewer rooms, you will find a quieter lifestyle with each floor separated in to two wings, and 2-4 Studios per wing. Southern facing rooms are fortunate enough to have a gorgeous view over The Square.

Long Term Accommodation

Our minimum stay requirement is 28 nights (four weeks) and request two weeks notice to vacate at any time.

• Underground Secure Carpark – $50.00 per week/ $25.00 per night
• Visitors – Additional $20 per night
• Additional person long term – $65 per week
• Additional child (under 5 years – $25 per week)

Breakdown of Move in Costs – 3 weeks rent (example)

• $285.00 – Bond (Deposit) -Deposits are non-refundable within 28 days of arrival date
• $285.00 – First weeks rent
• $285.00 – One weeks rent in advance.

Internet – Our local internet provider, InspireNet provides internet across both premises via “Inspire PrePay”. The most popular plan is $37.50 for 100GB per month, with smaller and larger plans available. All plans and information can be found on there website, linked here.

Laundry–  Laundry machines are available in our Laundromat on the ground floor for $6 per cycle. Coins can be exchanged at Reception. 

Other –  Kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, linen, blankets, room cleaning

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

4. Once you have been accepted, we required a deposit of one week to secure a room
5. The deposit becomes non-refundable within four weeks of your arrival date
6. All reservation details are e-mailed to you upon acceptance, please check these are correct.
